Dark and mysterious. This book gripped my senses as I scrutinized through the plot. Only at the end did I realize all the hints missed along the way. Set in a somber setting of 1950’s postwar Japan, the K Apartment for Ladies hides secrets for each of its residents which all eventually reveal through the master key.
