Weight Lifting

Currently 205lbs. I am aiming for the 3/4/5 goal (3 plates bench, 4 squat, 5 deadlift)

My progress is below. I am slowly making gains these days. I do a 50 rep session with increasing amount of weight every month. Slow and steady. Nothing impressive stats but I do think it’s very important to keep in shape as one ages.
